WHAT IS IT?
A fabulous crochet pattern for a colourful blanket that could be used for baby or as a small picnic blanket or just to add a splash of colour to any surface! Made using our pure cotton Good Fortune 4ply yarn.
WHAT'S IT FOR?
Isn’t this just a fantastic pattern? Whilst more complicated than some of Jo’s other patterns the beauty of this design is that changing colour combinations actually makes the design look more intricate than it actually is. Once you’ve got the basics you’ll see that you are re-creating the same shapes throughout but piecing them together cleverly to give the impression of a much more complicated pattern. Give yourself a challenge and then bask in the compliments you receive!
Good Fortune is a 4ply cotton available in a bright palette of zingy shades. This combination of colours is a classic blend of primary, rainbow shades, or you could customise your blanket to suit baby's bedroom or nursery.
Perfect to play on or picnic on or if you're feeling brave, use as a fabulous table cloth for a really colourful feature on a summery garden table!
You can use most 4ply yarns for this pattern, just crochet a tension square first to check your gauge if using an alternative.
WHY SHOULD I BUY IT?

Jo's patterns are illustrated throughout with both wordy instructions, a crochet chart of symbols and photos as she goes along, so it's really clear to follow her patterns.
